Dolo 650 tablet is a Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) tablet that contains Paracetamol 650 mg, it is an uncoated tablet.

Dolo-650 is a pain-relieving and fever tablet. It has several uses in human illness.  It is the most famous brand in paracetamol, it competes with Crocin tablets in a neck-to-neck competition.

Dolo-650 ingredient Paracetamol Description:

Paracetamol is a very important analgesic. It is a low-profile peripheral anti-inflammatory agent, thus it exhibits very good & prompt antipyretic actions. 

Paracetamol does not stimulate respiration and does not alter the acid-base balance in the body. 

Paracetamol does not create gastric irritation in the stomach so it has no effect on cellular metabolism and clotting factors. It does not increase the excretion of uric acid in the urine.

It is widely used in high fever and medium fever.

Dolo-650 tablet is used in many types of body pain like headache, toothache, joint pain, arthritis pain. It is also used in menstrual pain in women.

Dolo-650 is used in muscle pain.

Dolo-650 is used in fever caused by Dengue since it contains paracetamol that is an antipyretic in nature.

Several times it is prescribed with other drugs like antibiotics and anti-cold medicines.

Adverse effect of Dolo-650tablet: –

In normal condition, it is a safe antipyretic medicine for fever and pain, The Most common side effects of this tablet are liver disease or kidney disease. Overdose of this drug is injurious to liver health.

2). Breastfeeding: During breastfeeding, however, it is found safe but long-term use can cause health issues to the baby on breastfeeding.

3). Overdose:- Overdose of Dolo-650 tablet is strictly prohibited, it can cause serious injury to the liver and kidney functions.

4). Chronic Malnutrition:- This medicine should be avoided if you are suffering from malnutrition.
