Laafon Galaxy Pharmaceuticals: Refund policy

Refund terms depend on what you bought.

Digital products

Digital products, including the Revised Schedule M Gap Assessment Toolkit, cannot be refunded once the file has been delivered. If you paid and we have not delivered the file, or you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we will refund the amount owed.

Physical products

You can ask for a refund within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, we cannot offer a refund.

Consulting and other services

You can ask for a refund within 14 calendar days of payment for any part of the service we have not started. Work that has already started or been delivered cannot be refunded.
