Diclofenac Potassium: The strong pain reliever

Diclofenac Potassium is a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It works by blocking the prostaglandins which is a chemical that is responsible for inflammation and pain in the body. As soon as the production of prostaglandins stops the message of inflammation and pain does not reach to brain.

Diclofenac Potassium comes in different forms like tablets, capsules, extended-release tablets, topical gels, and injectables.

Serratiopeptidase: The Anti-Inflammatory Enzyme

Serratiopeptidase is also known as serrapeptase. It is an enzyme that is derived from animals (silkworms). It helps to avoid protein breakdown in the body which reduces the swelling of the body.

It is usually available in tablet forms in enteric-coated forms of tablets. The typical dose of serratiopeptidase remains 10mg Or 15 mg each tablet.

Paracetamol: Fever and Pain management

Paracetamol is a well known antipyretic and analgesic drug. It is also known as Acetaminophen in several countries. It is used to manage several pain situations like headache, migraine pain, backache, rheumatic and muscle pain, and largely fever.

The mechanism of action of paracetamol is very complex, it blocks the chemical messengers in the brain that signals pain in the body. It also regulates the body temperature very well.

In the US, Canada, and Japan, it is known as Acetaminophen, however, in Europe, Australia, and India Paracetamol is its famous name.

The Synergy of Diclofenac-Serratiopeptidase and Paracetamol

In combination, when Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase are blended in a tablet, they work together to provide more effective and fast pain relief. They reduce inflammation faster than they do it singularly.

You can understand it as; Diclofenac and Paracetamol both work to reduce prostaglandin levels, but their mechanism is different to do it individually. Thus, they can control prostaglandin better when consumed together in tablet form. Additionally, Serratiopeptidase improves the absorption of Diclofenac and Paracetamol which makes them more effective.

The combination of Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Serratiopeptidase is also less likely to cause side effects than taking them in single-dose tablet form (Individually) because in combination their dose portion remains lower, in single molecule form Paracetamol remains 500 mg rather 325 mg in combination with Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase.

Overall, the combination of Diclofenac, Paracetamol, and Paracetamol in a tablet makes it more effective than using them in different three tablets.
